VSI Sand Making Machine

The VSI sand making machine uses high-speed running materials to crush each other by themselves. When the material enters the rotor and is thrown out after centrifugal acceleration, it collides and breaks with the surrounding guard plate. It can also be split through the bulk material tray. One part is scattered from the surroundings, and the other part enters the rotor and accelerates and rushes out to collide and friction with the scattered materials around. As the crushing progress, the small-particle materials gradually form a layer of material near the peripheral guard plate, which improves the crushing effect and protects the equipment. The finished materials that meet the specifications are discharged from the discharge port.
